A Plus Appliance repair was available for same day service. Vitaliy was very easy to work with, respectful, and finished fixing the dryer quickly, including clean-up. He honored the reasonable estimate that was given before work started. I would use him again to fix any appliance.

Vitaliy responded quickly and fit me into his schedule at the end of his work day to evaluate my downdraft fan to see if it could be repaired or if I had to buy a new unit. Vitaliy diagnosed the problem, looked to see if the needed part was available, and discussed the pricing with me. The price of repair was MUCH less expensive than buying and installing a new downdraft fan. Vitaliy called me when the part arrived, and came back for the install. Vitaliy was very nice and very professional. He also called me several times to update me on his estimated time of arrival, and this extra consideration for my own time was greatly appreciated. I will definitely call A-Plus Appliance Care again for any future appliance needs.

For an oven repair. Showed up an hour and 45 mins late. Ordered a part that he was not sure would fix the problem. Took $100 check. Said it would come in in 5 days. Told me to test the oven before he returns. Did not contact me for 3 weeks. I called, he did not return call. I messaged asking for funds back and he called and said part came in that very day. Was almost 2 hours late for second appointment. The problem was the control panel and not the part he ordered. He decided to recalibrate instead of order the part but didn?t know how so called the company who referred him to the instruction booklet. He asked if I had it which I did not so he looked online. He taught me how to recalibrate my oven so that I could fix it. It is still not fixed and I am out $140. I called a different company.

"Dear Cristi, I am so sorry that you have a negative experience in connection to the repair of your LG double oven. I will refund you $140 via check which you should receive sometime next week in the mail. In regards to a spare part speed of delivery, I do not have any control, as it depends on the LG manufacturer and local official parts distributor. it's not uncommon to experience a problem with LG back office support.In order to reduce their operating cost, LG advises their customers and field technicians to recalibrate the oven first, which in most cases, does solve the problem. As was explained, if a calibration will not work after you tried to."

He did a great job repairing our clothes dryer heater element. Did arrive a bit late first day since had delays at a prior job. Arrived, quickly determined problem. Returned in 2 days with correct part and installed it. Great job, good service.

My tenants blew an oven fuse/ thermometer so I called Vitaliy! He's always great, he knew just what to do. After diagnosing (rerouting some oven wiring to test his theory) he found the parts needed, showed me the cost and ultimately repaired it; saving me $1700 in replacement cost.
