"Dear Cristi, I am so sorry that you have a negative experience in connection to the repair of your LG double oven. I will refund you $140 via check which you should receive sometime next week in the mail. In regards to a spare part speed of delivery, I do not have any control, as it depends on the LG manufacturer and local official parts distributor. it's not uncommon to experience a problem with LG back office support. In order to reduce their operating cost, LG advises their customers and field technicians to recalibrate the oven first, which in most cases, does solve the problem. As was explained, if a calibration will not work after you tried to."
