John and his team did an excellent job. I really appreciate them coming out and saving my family from the cold . We called several companies and all they wanted to do was sell us a new boiler. But, once I talked with John he assured me that he could get my boiler back running and they did just that ! Also they helped educate us through the process. They were very friendly, honest, and hard working. I will definitely be calling John for any future maintenance and yearly tune ups. Thanks again for such an amazing job guys !!!

John and Carlos are my go to boiler professionals. They understand my 111 year old house with the original boiler like no previous boiler company has. They are responsive and always find a way to address issues with this dinosaur. They worked with me patiently this morning (as they have in the past) to address an issue that was resolved to my every expectation.

Mr. Melvin came out to repair a leak from my hot water system. He and his assistant Tim did an excellent job. They were professional and courteous and Mr. Melvin went out of his way to explain the job they were doing. I was very satisfied with the price and I would definitely recommend them for any type of boiler repair. Mr. Melvin is extremely knowledgeable especially about older systems. I really appreciate the great job they did.

They do good work but they are really over loaded

The experience started fairly. But in the end, I realized that I was overcharged and received a shoddy job that left a huge mess that will stick with me forever. First of all, it took six days to get the compressor for my air conditioner. I was not given a quote or a price or even a timeframe of how long it would take to put the new compressor in. When the job was finished after I paid the $1945, I went to the house of my elderly father-in-law to inspect the work that was done. A pile of garbage, the empty box, and the old compressor were sitting in the back yard. I found the receipt in the mailbox and when I reviewed it I was shocked. They said it took 5 hours for a couple of hour job at $125.00 per hour. Charged me $1000.00 which is double the price for the compressor which they did a 100 percent markup. They charged 350 dollars for the refrigerant which is not a good deal but fair. I go to remove the compressor from the yard along with the garbage and the compressor was filled with toxic oil. My clothes and shoes were completely covered in oil. Ruined! When I called them on the whole group of issues they completely were untruthful about the price of the compressor and even tried sending me a picture of the receipt that was for the day after it was purchased. They picked up the compressor on 8/6 and the receipt said 8/7 and a completely different price than they told me on the phone. These guys are completely wrong and should not be used by anyone. They did not even try to rectify the situation but were completely rude and wrong. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Thank you.

I requested a business to find and correct my ac unit problem. I explained that 2 times a year I have to add freon and issues with the unit not reaching the desired temp but they only recommended completing cleaning and add more freon. I would prefer a professional that can find an issue to correct my concerns. After service, the unit can only reach 77 degrees which has improved but never turn off if set thermostat to 76.

Both men including the owner were kind, proficient and I thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with them.

I had to hire another contractor to see why the central air was not working correctly. I did call this company that installed the new equipment with the complaint that it was not working correctly and they gave an excuse over the phone of what was going on with the equipment. When the new contractor came out he found that the system was not wired correctly and that the new furnace was not smoked. I have a video of the new contractor assessment of the poor work the previous contractor did. At the conclusion of the initial installation, my wife stated that the new central air was not as cold as the previous central air unit and the tech became angry and stormed out the house and did not even take time to explain the warranty on the new unit nor did I receive a bill of completion. I would not recommend this company to anyone and are making plans to seek legal assistance to recoup monies paid for the other contractor that had to fix what they did wrong.

Quality! They went above and beyond to make sure their work was successful. And, I thought VERY reasonably priced for the time spent. Highly recommended.
