Viva came out and quickly resolved my water damage issue in my garage ceiling caused by a roof leak. I was thankful they were able to come out on very short notice and mitigate the damage. I’ll be using them again if another similar issue arises.

Andy was incredibly professional, efficient, knowledgeable and sensitive to my homeowner's anxiety about the mold. He answered my many questions with patience and grace, took lots of pictures to document the work and did a complete report for my insurance adjuster. He was the first to respond to my inquiry and the main work was done within two days of my initial outreach, and he picked up his drying equipment within four days. I was able to take a scheduled trip knowing the mold remediation was accomplished. I HIGHLY recommend Andy and Viva Property Restoration--and hope at the same time that I never need his services again!! :-)
