I paid Mr. Vivanco's to install fridgedair appliances in my condo. He moved it to my front porch where it blocked my neighbors enterence all the while he was rude. When I questioned the price he walked away. It was too late to get anyone else so I paid him what he demanded. He put the washer and dryer in place but did not take any of the packaging. When he left I hired an inexperienced man to open the panels and remove the packing materials. When we started the dryer it made a banging sound because a metal rod from packing hadnt been removed. We then leveled it to prevent it from shaking.....$200 plus wasted.

Jose installed a dishwasher, garbage disposal and kitchen counter top for me. Great customer service and flexible.

Very professional, courteous. Stuck with a small blind repair project (had to come back after ordering another part), but kept the price at the same quote. Plus, gave an estimate for another job we are interested in pursuing.

Jose was great and got the job done from estimate to installation in about a week. He failed to show up on a day we had discussed and ended up charging me $25 more than the estimate - I didn't mind paying the extra money because I knew matching custom cabinets would be tricky, but he should have discussed it with me before just charging me that at the end. He took a personal check is extremely helpful and he was a very nice man. If my dog chews up anything else, he'll be the first person I call.

He was prompt, called to let me know he was going to be late, I was very pleased.

Little expensive for the work but he got the job done

The Service Professional had to put the door back on track and and he needed to fix the framing he did just that. I will be hiring him again for other projects.

He was the only one of the three who came by to do an estimate. Everyone else gave me estimates over the phone. Their estimate were 4-5 times higher than Vivancos. Jose was pleasant, professional and did a great job. My ceiling looks great.

He was excellent. He saved us a lot of money by providing thoghtful suggestions to other projects we needed to do around the house.

the project was done exceptionally well and I couldn't have asked for more. The transaction was a very professional very courteous experience. I would definitely use this company again for any future needs.
