Expensive!

Lucio and his team were easy to work with, came to job site when scheduled, stayed within estimate and the quality of the job was great. I felt they went above and beyond when it came to the details. We will definitely be using them for future projects.

Very professional and timely. I recommend Lucio for a multitude of landscaping needs. He readily understood my project though 2 others had unsuccessfully tried before.

Lucio did a good job the first time, but each subsequent time he and his team left work undone. He is unreliable re promised dates of estimates and work dates. My husband hired him, but his arthritis prevents him from doing much work. Once, he said his team ran out of bark, but he would back. Not. The reason he ran out is that it was piled 6 inches deep on one side of the yard. I ended up scooping wheelbarrow after wheelbarrow to the other side of the yard. Another time he did a bit of terracing down our slope by putting in boards, but not leveling the soil. He would be back. Not. Once again I had to do the work. The last time and I do mean last, dead bushes to be taken out were left after pointing them out twice. Unfortunately, my husband paid him when he showed up with his workers despite being unable to find all the plants. Four of the plants looked in bad shape. My husband found the missing plants, paid for them, and they did come back and plant them. There was no offer about reimbursement, but that would not bother me if they had done good work and were reliable.

I hired these guys for some back yard remodel/landscape work...then hired them to do my yard service. They did a good job in the back landscaping and yard service for years. Fast forward at least 3 years after being a good customer and I change the plan...because I got rid of my back lawn and poured a huge stamped concrete back patio. I contacted Lucio to renegotiate my yard service (understandably) because there was no more lawn or plants in the back. He FINALLY got back to me and said they could do the new yard service for $80 ($20 less per month). Fine I said. During that communication, I notice the guys didn't show up to do my yard. I contacted Lucio again by phone, text and email asking why they didn't do my service...and again reiterated that I wanted to continue the yard service at the $80 per month rate. I asked him to have his crew please come and take care of the yard. I then go on a 2-week trip. I come back to a lawn that is 2-3 feet tall, weeds everywhere. WTH? I contacted Viveros asking why they hadn't taken care of my yard? Two days later (today), I get a return message from Lucio, stating *We no longer service your area. Thanks for your business!*. Are you kidding me? Leave a long term customer high and dry, with an overgrown yard, with some excuse that you no longer service my area? Look, I have no issues with the crew or the work - good people they were. I have a problem with the owner Lucio and the way they treated a long term customer who was never overly demanding, never complained and paid them for services rendered. I suppose they didn't want my business for $80 per month - or didn't like that I called them out for dropping my service. Or, if they changed their service area - they simply didn't inform their customers and left me high and dry with an overgrown yard. Either way, a terrible way to treat a long term customer!

They not only did the clean up that what was needed, they also had some landscaping suggestions (mulching) that proved to be really good ideas.

This company cannot be beat. They did an on time, in budget and were exceptionally professional. I would recommend them in a minute to anyone that wants the job done right. Since we live out of the are, Lucio met with us after the project was completed to insure we were happy with the results. He also sent us pictures the day it was done, since we weren't there. The project was small and they were prompt in response to my request and coming to fix it. They are knowledgeable and communicated very well.

Showed up right on time. Found the problem quickly. Fixed the leak and said he will come back the next morning to check it and make sure that it was okay because it was so cold outside and he wanted to make sure the glue dried before putting the dirt back. Very reasonable price and he is a very nice professional young man! I am sure we will hire him again in the future!

They trimmed the tree's the exact height I wanted and cleaned up all the trimming. Excellent job.

Lucio gave me a very reasonable price for the job & we appreciated that he came out to complete the job on a saturday for our open house on Sunday. Many others gave me an estimate for more mulch than needed. He's accurate & charged as discussed.

Pleasant and friendly, competent regarding tasks needing to be done, achieved tasks and trimmed trees , cleaned foliage around house, left property well prepared for spring foliage and beauty to follow!

I would recommend services of this company to anyone. We scheduled a monthly service agreement, but they haven't shown up for the last 3-4 months, but they keep sending bills, with "Payment Over Due" tags, without coming over, to maintain the yard.

Lucio did a fantastic job of cleaning up our yard. There had been several small stumps in the side yard that were there when we moved in, that made it hazardous to walk in that area. Lucio's crew got rid of the stumps and weeds and thorn bushes, and now it looks better than it ever has. We will contact him for future yard work. He's reliable, easy to keep in contact with, and gives full value for the money. Highly recommended.
