Vivid Pools

Although the work performed was good, We received service for about a month and then came home one week and noticed the lock was gone off of our fence. We found the usual hang tag on the back door with a note that Scott would no longer provide service to us because it took too long to clean our pool each week. We have a tree in our back yard and leaves get in the pool. I would have appreciated having an actual conversation instead of getting "fired" as a client via a note on the back door. There was not an opportunity to talk about adjusting the rate we were paying or any other options since it was done via a "Dear John" note.

Very professional. Understood all my needs and was very specific with what it would take and cost. We were able to work out a plan for now and for later. Great communications via email and cell phone. Very fair with pricing.

The personel is very nice and helpful. They do a great job at cleaning our pool thouroughly.

Scott Miller was efficient and friendly. The fee was his quote of a few days ago. My husband,who was my "pool guy" passed away in Feb and,although I am knowledgeable about certain aspects of caring for the pool,Scott was very helpful with advising and instructing. I feel that I can and will call him,again,for any future pool needs.
