We have paid him 35k and he hasn't done anything. We don't even have a permit. Be aware. Total Fraud.

we paid half the money upfront and never seen the guy again, buyers beware because we feel we got scammed.

He was wonderful. Came to my home and took care of everything within a week and did a professional ,terrific job with such a great price! My daughter also hired him for screen repairs at her condo at my suggestion and she was so impressed with everything!

So, Andersen screens are tough to work with because of their proprietary construction components - it's almost as if they want you to buy replacement screen frames instead of repairing/replacing damaged screening. In any event, Vivid Screens has worked diligently with me to get our damaged Andersen screens repaired correctly. Good, dependable service.
