Galvez Cleaning Service

The first time I had this service come to the house was fine, not great, but the house hadn't been cleaned in a while, so I thought perhaps that was the reason things weren't great. So I had them return. They used my vacuum and left with several of the parts. I thought it was an error as they gathered their own things, so I called. The discussion was very defensive, and without checking with the individuals that had been in my home, I was told they didn't have the parts. Then they called back and said the parts might be in the vanity in one of the bathrooms. When I went to that vanity to check, I discovered the door was off the hinges and the wood cracked. I was very disappointed. I had used the same cleaning service for 20 years til they closed down their business and I was really anxious to find a new group to help with cleaning. This was not the right group.

Very thorough cleaning - checked off everything I was looking for. Communicative and responsive to questions via text and call beforehand which made things a lot easier.

I hired Vivi to come and do a deep spring cleaning on my home. She brought a team of three women who were AMAZING!!!! I've keeping looking around my house, not believing how beautifully clean it is. I have had a few cleaning ladies over the years, and she is by far the best. Vivi is kind, responsive and eager to please. I would definitely recommend her.

I discussed the price and time before the ladies came, I didn't know you had to provide your own cleaning supplies, bags, rags and even the broom, This should be known before they come to the house so I can have the supplies. Also, the price discussed wasn't the actual price because she brought someone with her and that's extra. This also should have been discussed before she came. Otherwise, they did do a good job of cleaning the house. house

My first experience with them was not good and unprofessional.

The two ladies were very professional. They cleaned each area of my home excellent. They were very friendly.

The owner is very committed to making sure her customers are happy which we really appreciate! Also they'll do extra things here and there which I like (like organize drawers,etc)

They did not have particular cleaning supplies. And not really good work for money.

Both Ladies did a wonderful job. One concentrated on the kitchen and cleaned it from top to bottom. The other took care of the rest of the house and even scrubbed the tile in the bath. Screen doors as well as the regular doors were also cleaned. Overall I'm very happy with the service.

Excellent job, Very thorough and got floors clean in kitchen that others could not.
