I have never left a review for any product or service before today, but as I sit here in my absolutely spotless home I want to share my experience with Hugo and his team. They swooped in this morning and 5 hours later every nook and cranny of my large home has been cleaned, scrubbed and shined. Yesterday my house was filled with constuction dust, pollen and and fingerprints. Today it is ready to be put on the market for sale! Thank you Hugo and team! Highly recommend !

Hugo and his team were fantastic. They showed up on time, did a great job and were even patient with our dog, which was curious about everything going on. We did hire them to continue on a bi-monthly basis.

I absolutely recommend this cleaning service! They are on time every day and do a fantastic job! I rated them a 5.0, but if there was a higher rating, they would be a 10.0!

Upon requesting a quote from a HomeAdvisor, I was immediately contacted by email and phone by Hugo the Office Manager. When we talked, Hugo was clear about the services covered, the time it would take for the 1x deep cleaning and the ongoing rate and services for the bi-weekly cleanings. Roberta (aka Betty) and two other crew members showed up early (on time in my book), and spent 4 hours with a deep clean of the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and family room. My wife walked into our kitchen and checked the bathrooms to the point of amazement - "WOW" they are great. We have hired them for bi-weekly service moving forward.

Hugo was very responsive and helpful throughout setting up the cleaning. Upon arrival, the women who came to clean were kind and professional. When they were finished, I was in disbelief at how clean they had made my house! They must have cleaned under furniture because things turned up that I thought I had lost! They even made my beds, put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and took out the trash! I look forward to them returning monthly!

I hired Vix Cleaning for a monthly cleaning on my house. Hugo responded almost immediately after he was contacted by Home Advisor to set up an appointment. Prices are reasonable for what is being offered, and the first "deep clean" costs the same as the monthly cleaning if you sign up for recurring service. I was very happy with how clean the house came out (they even did the inside windows). They seemed to dust everything, washed the floors, the bathrooms were scrubbed down, etc. Based on the price and the performance I would recommend them for a cleaning service.

Hugo and his team did a wonderful job at my old place. I needed a move out cleaning done. They were very flexible and showed up earlier for the service. I wasn't home but they waited. There was some tough cleaning involved but they got the job done. There was also constant communication and no trouble getting in touch with them throughout the process. I would recommend them.

I had never had anyone clean my home before and I was so happy with the outcome. They emailed to confirm when they would be there, cleaned absolutely EVERYTHING in my house and left it looking amazing. Before the girls left I talked to Hugo to make sure everything was great, and then got another email a couple of days later again asking if everything was as I expected. I was so happy and my just make this a regular appointment!

Vix Cleaning far exceeded my expectations!! I engaged Vix to do a one-time deep cleaning. The women that cleaned my house were extremely thorough and very professional. They cleaned items I never thought to ask for!! I didn't realize they were going to clean my windows as part of the service and was pleasantly surprised to see them sparkling. The baseboards were wiped down, they pulled furniture away from the walls to clean behind it. I have a toaster oven on my counter that I have never been able to clean it completely. It was completely cleaned. Everywhere I thought to spot check was completely dust free and grime free. My house has never been this clean. All I can say is WOW! They will be returning every 2 weeks to clean my house moving forward.

You need to expand your types of projects! This was a pre-move-in cleaning of a 2,275 sf, 3-flr townhouse that had been left filthy by the sellers. Hugo and I had estimated 8 am - 2 pm. A two woman crew from Vix came at 8:00 am and left at 5:00 pm. Another crew would have whipped through and have been gone in the estimated hours. These ladies stayed longer on their own initiative to make sure they had time to clean EVERYTHING completely and thoroughly. They went over and above when they saw how bad it was. NOTHING was overlooked. A friend had looked at the stove before and told me to get a new one, it was disgusting. I now have a stove that looks brand new! The bathrooms (3) look like those in a 5-star hotel! We are thrilled with the performance! I plan to recommend Hugo and VIX to everyone I can. I've had too many poor experiences with cleaning crews not to share this professional, excellent work ethic. (And just so you don't think they worked longer hours to get more money - Hugo DID NOT increase the price of the job. As they were leaving, it was ME who gave them extra $ due to the wonderful job. It was not expected and much appreciated. Can't say enough about the pleasant personalities and accommodating manner of this company and its people. Thank you Hugo, Betty & Anna!!
