You never know if Victor was going to show up or not. Terrible communication wouldnt ever let you know if he was coming. Only would communicate through text and he wouldnt respond. Victor would also leave clumps of the powdered chemical he would use and it would end up on the bottom of the pool. Terrible work

Victor was amazing. We needed urgent care on our pool to rehab it out of swamp status after a few heavy rains and some other unfortunate events after purchasing a new home recently. Victor communicated every step of the way, often sending updates and photos and keeping us in the loop from day to day. He was very responsive to texts from me and patient with my questions (first time pool owner here). Our experience with Victor really took the edge off an unpleasant situation and as a full-time working mom I really appreciate when a vendor can provide some peace of mind when so many other stressful events are happening from day to day. Thank you so much, Victor. The price was fair especially for his consultative style and ability to accommodate our timeline on short notice.

Victor comes every week, rain or shine. He probably spends 30 minutes on the pool, doesn't just drop by and take a cursory look. I highly recommend -- a pro and a thoughtful guy.
