We had a wonderful experience working with Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Phoenix! After discovering a leak in our master bathroom on a Saturday morning, we called Voda and Jeff was at our house within 30 minutes. He quickly assessed the situation, explained the process, and set up fans to help dry everything out over the weekend. By Monday, his crew returned to take a deeper look and begin the cleanup process. Daniel checked in with us throughout the week and kept us informed every step of the way. Jeff did the same. Their communication was clear, consistent, and very reassuring during a stressful time. They also worked directly with our insurance company and coordinated with the adjuster, which made things much easier for us. On top of that, they helped connect us with their contractor to get the rebuild started. My husband and I were truly blown away by the professionalism, responsiveness, and level of care this team showed. They made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to navigate. We are very grateful for everything they did and would highly recommend them.

They were knowledgeable and friendly. The carpet looks great. It took longer to dry than expected but the final job was great. They also cleaned a loveseat and some area rugs. Great job!

They did a great job cleaning the floors in our newly purchased home. The floors were extremely dirty and needed a thorough cleaning.

Tech, Francisco, and owner, Jeff came out, carefully moved and replaced very heavy LR Sectional pieces to access entire area and placed pressure pads under each piece when finished for rust-free drying. There was a very nominal fee for this. Everything about this service was top notch, done with care and both were ultra-friendly, taking utmost care to meet my new owner specifications.
