They came and cleaned carpets at the Grace Klein Community Hall at Morgan Road Methodist Church. Did a great job despite narrow hallway and lots of volunteers coming and going. Thanks VODA!

Greg and his team worked extremely hard to get out some tough stains on our couch! Can’t say enough good things about their customer service and reliability!

Slab leak mitigation service. I was charged over $500 + for use of two fans and one dehumidifier for 5 days. While the invoice was eventually paid in full, communication was handled poorly. I received (three invoice emails) and two texts. On January 14th, I received a text message—sent from a personal phone number—referencing collections & threatening a lien on my home rather than a formal written notice. There were never payment options presented, only financing. Threatening language via text is not appropriate or professional, particularly for a relatively small balance that was promptly resolved. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

Greg (the owner) was amazing. I called up at 7:30am on a Saturday morning and he was out there by noon knocking it out. I had an urgent job and he met the needs of the job perfectly. Would highly recommend! Don't waste your time with other places!

Super fast response and service. Messaged them one night, and they were picking up my rug the next morning. Took a few days to dry and then they delivered it back and installed it. My high pile rug took a lot of work to clean, but they made it look like new with absolutely no complex quoting process or back and forth or long wait times! Could not recommend them more if you want quick, excellent quality service!!
