Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Rochester

We just bought a house and immediately had Voda come out to look at some stains on the basement cinderblock walls. From the first visit, all 3 guys were wonderful. Jared explained everything and answered all of our questions. Communication throughout the project was great. Eric & Phillip were kind and respectful the whole time they were in the house working. Jared’s workmanship & attention to details (such as coming back & fixing small things we asked about) was great. Our basement looks amazing now! The NYS Mold Assessor that came out after the project said they did an awesome job as well! Highly recommend for any mold/remediation projects!!

We discovered that our basement flooded overnight. I called Voda Wednesday morning for help. Jared and his team were at our house by 10:00 and got right to work. Pumping water, suctioning the carpet, setting up fans and dehumidifiers. It was very impressive. We were back to normal in a few days. I highly recommend Voda. They were great.

Great work done by Voda! Eric was on time and professional. He took the time to thoroughly assess and create a plan. Having 2 kids my area rugs are always disgusting but they have so much life left after his deep clean. He also cleaned my couch! He even checked some places I thought could be mold forming in the basement and assured me it is not and our family is safe! Voda has a long list of services they offer and I will keep them on speed dial! Thanks Jared and Eric!
