Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Culpeper – Warrenton

Great experience with Voda Cleaning & Restoration handling the disaster recovery work in my home. Rita was communicative throughout the entire process, the crew showed up on time and completed everything without any issues. They took great care to properly contain the work area and prevent dust or debris from spreading into the rest of the house. The entire job was handled professionally and with respect for my home. I would recommend Voda.

The representative that came out today was very professional, very thorough, and went above and beyond what we expected. Can’t wait to do business with this company.

Best service! Maverick was courteous and professional, as were the other gentleman that assisted him. 100 recommend this company.

I contacted this company on the strength of a Google search that brought them up via something called Thumbtack. They got back to me almost immediately with a great quote. They came today and were so wonderful. Our white sectional sofa (never more than spot-cleaned through its 7-year life) and 9x12 white Moroccan wool area rug (also never properly cleaned before today, just vacuumed) are both now immaculately clean at an unbelievably low price (under $200). The men (nicknamed “The Ds”) were polite, helpful, and really knew their work. Within an hour they were done with no messes anywhere. sofa and rug are still drying after a few hours, as expected. I can’t wait to share their contact info with my neighbors.

The men sent to work on my property, Carlos, Ethan, Maverick, and Russell, did their jobs well and quickly and were very considerate of the place and the people there. And Jordan checked on everything thoroughly. I was very impressed with the crew.

They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible.
