We had been searching for someone to grade and smooth out our property after building a house so we decided to get on Angie?s list and my information was passed along to VolLand solutions Mr. Josh Templeton contacted me wanting to come and look at the place so we oblige him and let him give us a bid in the beginning. His bed was three times larger than any bid we ever received so he convinced me to give him a chance to beat the bids that we had been given so I forwarded him that opportunity after he arrived. He convinced me to let him put in a drain system and he wanted another $8000 so we decided to do that to make the yard look better. he left the yard. I still had erosion problems. He put us off and put us off some due to weather other due to other projects then he came back to try to make it right with promises of hydroseeding my yard and completely stopped the erosion which he never done either of so now going forward. We still need more work done on the yard. Hiring an attorney

Did the job quickly and plenty of help.

VolLand solutions completed my job in a timely manner and now my yard drains perfectly with no water pooling. They showed up when they said they would and excavated and installed drains to keep the water away from my house. They spread grass seed and I now have grass coming back. All 3 guys were very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs excavating and proper drainage of their yard.

The Team with VoLand was excellent. Great communication and they work with you to understand exactly what you want done. They were timely, efficient and professional and they did an excellent job on the back slope.of my property. I will hire them again for any future work.
