Reviews
Write a ReviewOn August 1, 2024, I entered into a formal Construction Agreement with VOLCA LLC (License CRC 1333518), represented by sales person, for a significant interior renovation project. The agreement was a fixed-price contract, with a total Contract Price of $78,814.56, clearly defined in Section 3 of the Agreement. This price was based on VOLCA LLC's Estimate #199, dated August 1, 2024, which detailed the scope of work, including Builder's responsibility for labor and most materials (e.g., paint, drywall materials, etc., except specific tile noted).
Great work
Excellent contractor with great prices. Daniel was very formal and had excellent subcontractors that finished my job in no time and all came up perfect. Kept his word in all he said and was always available for any questions I had. Iâ m planning to use him again to remodel my kitchen. I HIGHLY recommend him
very responsive, prompt with the work, accurate estimates, was able to accommodate ad hoc work once the work commenced
Time- profesional team.
They were very attentive to all our specifications and best of all they kept their timeframe.
We hired them to do a major renovation at our home and they took care of everything on schedule and, more importantly, right on budget. Theyâ re 100% committed to quality work and customer service. I definitely recommend this company.
