Brian came out to give me a bid. It was higher than I expected but he explained the reasoning behind it. He seemed to know exactly what needed to be done. I was excited to get him on the job. He informed me that I needed to pay half of the bill to book the appointment. I did. There was no communication at all. He finally responded after about my 4th message. The weather would not allow him to complete the install. I told him I understood and asked him to communicate with me when he would be able to get the job done. A month went by without a word from him. I asked for a refund as I found someone else who would do it for less and get it done that next weekend. Brian said he d get me a refund. That was over 2 months ago. My project is still not done because I can t pay the other electrician. Brian needs to work on communication with the homeowners he is working with. A simple message, email or call to let me know what was going on and when he would complete my project. I just want my money back.

Brian, the owner, was exceptional in doing a spectacular job on a very serious electrical panel removal and relocation. He removed old lighting and fans, then, installed all new lighting, outlets and paddle fans. Want the job done right? Call Brian!!

Brian and his team do quality work. He was very quick to come out and assess the problem and then to fix said problem. And very reasonable priced!! Thank you!! He came out on a Saturday and did not charge extra and it was resolved on Wednesday on the labor day weekend!!

Brian came right out, the same day that I alerted Home Advisor that I was ready to complete more updates to our home. His guys came out a couple days later to install a security light (with camera, audio, the works!) and to hard wire our new garbage disposal. Everything works perfect! We are so pleased, we bought another security light for the backyard and know just who to call to install it!

We are a residential property management company that owns what we manage. Finding focused and competent contractors can be challenging. I was very happy to start working with Brian and have now added him to our Call List for any time that we need electrical work. Brian has taken the time to answer so many of my questions and teach me just what I need to learn at the time when it matters. We recently purchased a 1944 duplex that provided many challenges. Brian continued to return to the job until all of the issues were resolved, many of them unknown until we had additional problems. He never seemed put out or bothered by my daily requests for him to return and tackle another problem. We have invited him to work on our next renovation and I look forward to working with Brian and his pleasant crew again.

Quality work, competitive price, easy to work with.

Brian and his team replaced 3 outlets with GFCI outlets to bring our home up to code. They also replaced a dimmer switch, making our dining room light functional again. They worked around our schedule. And even labeled the fuse box for us (which no one had deemed important over the last 40 years). We talked future projects and asked advice on which models to purchase. Volt Electrical will be hearing from us shortly.

Came out the same day and provided excellent service, best we have ever received from an electrical service pro.. Fast troubleshoot of an electrical ground issue in an old house. Explained every step of what was done and gave us ideas for future repairs to improve the home.

Easy to work with did a good job I'am happy

In my first review the guys that came were great. My concern is I have yet to reach them leaving several messages. I have never received a copy of the bill and have their ladder. The cost came to $100 OVER estimate NOT less as stated in the first review.

BNB was fast and friendly. Came to provide an estimate did the work the next day and was done. WONDERFUL service. The only exception was the estimate was about $100 less than the actual bill which came as a surprise. Hoping electrical with aluminum rather than copper is good this was not explained but I understand the price for copper is almost prohibitive. The work done was EXCELLENT! The young man who did the work was great and never a complaint about small dirty, icky, spidery places. YES, I would hire again :)

The guys were very nce and very willing. They tried hard to install a new remot for the ceiling fan, but it seemed like the homeowner could figure things out much faster than they did. I finally just sent them home. One good thing is that they didn't charge me since they couldn't fix the problem.

Great job! Started when promised and finished on schedule. Suggested several improvements to the project which saved me time and money. Work scope included a 60 amp. subpanel and receptacle/lighting circuits. Electrical inspector commented on the high quality of the work during the final inspection.

Fantastic work! BNB installed several lights, a bathroom fan, and replaced two GFCI outlets in our 1960's era home. Everything was done professionally, correctly, and on budget as quoted! After all the work was finished, they cleaned up the dust in the rooms from drilling the drywall and it was cleaner than before they started. The brothers are personable, and they know what looks good to modernize a home. I would highly recommend BNB.
