"Voltaic Electric Inc. did not perform a whole-house rewire at this property. Our contracted scope was limited to an electrical panel upgrade and installation of a NEMA 14-50 EV receptacle under the SCE Charge Ready Home Program. The permitted work was inspected and approved by the City of Compton. The interior outlet and branch-circuit conditions described in this review were not part of our contracted scope. We have repeatedly requested the referenced licensed electrician's written report and supporting documentation so that the allegations can be properly evaluated. Voltaic Electric Inc. stands behind the work we actually performed and remains committed to addressing legitimate warranty concerns based on documented facts."
