Volunteer Pools and Spas, LLC

We have a 45 year old in the ground 18' by 36' oval pool. I have been using Volunteer Pools for many years and their service is always excellent including liner replacement and pool repairs. They help us keep our pool looking like new. When I schedule an appointment, they are always on time. Mikah, Melissa, and Monty are all great to work with. I am thrilled that they are our local Fairview Pool Service Company, and can always count on them.

Volunteer Pool & Spa in the Fairview is awesome! Linda, Melissa & the rest of the staff are so helpful & friendly! I used to hire a pool company weekly to clean & maintain our pool but it seemed like we always had issues with the water. I tried several other pool stores but they seemed more concerned with selling chemicals than solving my water issues. I would end up spending 100's on chemicals and never clear up the water. Two years ago I started taking a water sample to Volunteer weekly. With Linda & Melissa's advice all my issues have been solved and the pool looks better than ever! I have also used their service department to change the sand, clean the salt cell, open the pool and a few other issues. I have always found them to be prompt, thorough and friendly.

I will NEVER use another company for hot tub repair/maintenance! Melissa in customer care was fabulous, professional and knowledgeable. Edward, my tech, was a repeat performance. These folks know their products and I can't thank them enough! This needs to be everyone's ''go to' company for swimming pool, spa, hot tubs, etc. Thank you Home Advisor for putting us together.

Everyone is very nice and devoted to customer service. The technicians are very courteous,conscientious and the type of people that you feel safe having around your home.

After multiple issues with previous companies we have been pretty frustrated with poor service and poor work quality we were receiving. We happened to be connected with Volunteer Pools and Spa by home advisor in a desperate attempt to get our pool open after our last company flaked and closed up business. Iit was nice to finally have a company with great, honest service and attention to detail. Our pool is working and looking better than is has in 7+ years.

They have excellent customer service and do a great job of cleaning our pool at a very reasonable price. Our pool looks great!

Although three requests for services were submitted, only Volunteer responded. I heard from its representative the first business day after my inquiry and a timely appointment was set. The technician was friendly, analyzed the problem and completed the repair in a quality manner. I have not received my bill; however, I would recommend and will use Volunteer in the future.
