I was told a quote to do the work then when he got done he charged me more than we agreed to doing all I needed done . Never again without quote in writing!!!!!

Daniel called while I was still filling out the forms For Home Adviser. He came out the next day to review the project and gave me a estimate. He completed the system install today and we are back with hot water. He is easy to talk to and willing to please. Good Job.

If u pay by credit they charge u 5% more of the total bill

My sewer backed up into the bathroom and kitchen from the main sewer line. It was very bad. They came in with a smile on their face. Did not complain. left with a smile. I really felt bad but they said no problem and took care of everything in a timely manner.

He came by and gave me a quote of $ 650.00. Said he would start the job at 9:00 am the next morning. The day 9:30 am he called & said his wife needed the vehicle that he needed to pull the trailer that carries his back hoe so he would not be here till after lunch. At 1:00 pm he called & said he wife still had the vehicle & he would be here as soon as he could. At 4:30 pm he showed up. Dug up old pipe & replaced the tee where the leak was. finished up about 7:30 pm. When I went to pay, he wanted $ 1,000.00. His said the extra was for the overtime. This guy is NOT A GOOD business man. I will never do business with him or his company.

Was quick and very easy. Came out same day as I called. Came in and took out the old water heater and replaced it with the new. Quick and friendly.

I was looking for drain repair and it was Daniels opinion that we need to change out the shower base - which my wife and I already suspected. The project has now expanded to a shower base installation and new fixture install. I will be happy to provide an evaluation on the quality of work once complete. This plumber came to my house whenever he felt like it though it was an emergency. Overcharge, expensive, and did not even give me the opportunity to selet a pump that I may have wanted installed.

It is taking a lot longer than promised. But it is quality work and they do care about making the project right.
