Improperly installed bathtub. Caused damage to the drain and freezing of the piping. Unresponsive customer service.

Had to demo too many tiles, to place the whirlpool tub. He cut an acess in the basement for the drain and did a lousy job in cutting it and left a big mess. I offered to help position the tub and did but he dropped it in and busted a hole in the sheet rock in the next bedroom. He did a lousy job on sealing the drain silcone uneven. I had a new moen fixtures and he did not bid or put it in, the shower leaks now. For a 2- 3 hour job he took over 5 hours... he bid $1,500.00 but settled on $800.00.

Timely and considerate

Promptly responded to request for estimate on replacing a tub with shower surround. Estimate was competitive and work was done promptly . Daniel was cordial.and easily accessible, returning all calls promptly. Clean up post project was great and he even did some painting that was not on bid. On time and great customer service while on the job. They used a variety of equipment and used their problem solving ideas to search for and track an underground pipe. I felt that they did all they could do given their expertise and I felt I received value for the service I paid.

Daniel couldn't fit me in his schedule so he asked an associate to review my job. Al Padgett Excavation reviewed the job and him and Daniel gave me a bid and a date to do the job to fit my schedule. The job was completed as bid, this was important cause I had guests coming for a evening of NCAA Basketball, no water main meant no water for my guests. Job was done long before tipoff and we enjoyed the games. The job site was cleaned up well, no leaks. Daniel and Al both followed up to ensure my satisfaction. Was well pleased with the Home Advisor recommendation and the job performed.

Daniel called while I was still filling out the forms For Home Adviser. He came out the next day to review the project and gave me a estimate. He completed the system install today and we are back with hot water. He is easy to talk to and willing to please. Good Job.
