My husband and I hired Brad to design a two story addition tied in to our existing house. Brad was extremely helpful with the actual design. He made our vision a reality. He was always available to answer a question, meet with the structural engineers, find a solution to a problem, very reasonably priced, and his drawings were very well done. Brad was a pleasure to work with and made the planning process easy. We found Von Readen Design on Angie s List. It was our lucky day. We highly recommend Brad s company, Von Readen Design.

Loved working w brad. Brought him in to help redesign a funky late 70s upstairs layout including master and jack and jill baths. Would have hired him years ago if i knew how smooth the process would be. Easy to work with and iterate on ideas.

My wife and I have only strong positive feedback on the experience in engaging Brad's design services for our project. The work product is outstanding, and the value excellent (we know this because we received other architectural and design professional quotes). The addition project is complicated and tricky, because of Historic District requirements, and a highly complex roof design dilemma. Brad developed ingenious solutions. He also listened intently to our desires and ideas, and incorporated accordingly.

Love it or list it - this was our dilemma. Brad created a redesign of the exterior of our very tired 1970 s ranch which has convinced us to love it. He listened to our concerns and needs and added his creative touches for a design that maximizes our home s appeal.
