This is one of those projects that I knew I had to do, but have been putting off for a long time. My service was EXCELLENT! Jerry set up the appointment in a reasonable time, and since my vents covers were so old and rusted and dirty, I bought all new vents before the appointment. He cleaned my 2 units filters, all the hoses, and vent openings and installed all my new vent covers which was great because 8 of the 13 were in the ceiling. He then cleaned my dryer vent hose as well, all for a reasonable price. The difference is amazing. I have been able to change the temperature on my units because they are working so much more efficiently, and the air quality is so much better in the house. Also, my clothes are drying more quickly in my dryer, and I do not have to worry about a fire from lint build up. I am so happy I found this company and have already made referrals to 2 people. I highly recommend having this done, and having it done by Vortex!
