WE had 4 estimates, this was the most expensive, but the only one which addressed the cause of the problem. They were efficient and did a wonderful job that is working beautifully Thanks, Kevin.

Awesome job! Was able to get my drainage issue fixed quickly and at a reasonable price.

Everything superb except, it took a few days and a couple of phone calls to get them to come back and clean up the mess they left in the street which included mud, rocks and trash.

I submitted my request on Sunday. I received a call from Vortex the same day. I was quite surprised. Someone was sent out on Monday. I was given a quote. By the end of the week my patio was.done. It was a good experience, and yes I would work with Kevin and Rick again from Vortex.

We had a problem with water coming in to our den for years, even though the house had been water proofed before we bought it. We had the water proofing done again a few years ago, but the water still came in sometimes. Now that Kevin Harrington and his team have come out, assessed the problem, and done the job, we finally have peace of mind. There have been several heavy rains since then and the water vacuum has stayed in the closet! Thank you!

We were selling our home and had some standing water in the crawl space. I phoned Vortex and was provided with an assessment which we passed on to the home buyers and were not charged. Fantastic interaction.

We had a French drain installed to catch water running off neighbor's downspouts and higher terrain. The drains installed work well and Kevin was very attentive and worked hard to keep us informed. He responded to all questions very quickly and thoroughly. Would hire again.

Awesome work. The owner, Kevin Harrington, came promptly when I called and gave a thorough proposal and quote. We needed a lot of black corrugated drains replaced with good PVC piping, and we needed the water taken to the street. We also needed one pop up installed and some downspout repairs. The work was very complicated because we had a lot of stuff to dig around, but Vortex did a wonderful job. Even though they did a lot of excavation, most of the lawn looks surprisingly untouched. They worked hard, came every day, and finished on time and on budget. We are very satisfied.
