Simply stated, an outstanding job from beginning to end. Moved from a shake roof to a standing seam metal roof. Several recommendations from the contractor proved to be great investments. Reinstalling base, will make a difference, not only did it improve the temperature in the attic (106 degrees in attic, 115 degrees outside) pressed clothes, as well, our cooling bill is several hundreds of dollar a month less. In addition, we added a solar power roof vent fan. They are spectacular. They keep the attic space fluid with continuous air movement. Both investments are well worth the money. The standing seam roof has upgraded the appearance of our house, performs well and looks fantastic. We would highly recommend this company. Excellent service, flawless install, great project management, timely, and most importantly---Very very reliable. Thom.
