The owner, Billy, was courteous; on time; and provided spot on diagnosis and resolution. I wouldâ ve liked to seen a reduction in the minimum price for the 30 minutes it took to clear out 2 bathroom sink drains, but that would not deter me from hiring Mr. Taylor again if I incurred this issue again.
