I ordered blinds, he required 1/2 down (over $800) and he never provided the product. I've been after him for over a year and all I get is I'm sorry, I'll write you a check soon. Stay away from this company!

Hired Voss and Company (run by Derick Often) to replace two garage doors June 2021 and paid down 50%. After many excuses, last-minute cancellations, and a lack of response, I am canceling our contract. Based on other reviews here, I doubt we will get our down payment back. Do not do business with this company!

Install or Replace Fabric Awnings or Patio Covers We contracted with Voss Company to purchase a retractable awning in April 2021. We selected Voss based on the high rating on To date, February 2022, we have not received the awning or the promised refund from Voss. We experienced many delays and excuses with zero results. Eventually, Voss stopped communicating with us and we filed a small claims action in Cohoes City Court and the judge issued a judgement for Voss to return our deposit. Voss has not complied with that judgement. One should not do business with that company.

The contractor kept stalling on the start date. After over two months, I canceled the order and request my 50% refund. On Aug 23, I received an email saying a refund check will be sent the week of Aug 30. On Sept 15, I instituted a small claims case against Voss and Co. with hearing set for Dec 6. In mid November, I phoned company asking them to send me refund and I would drop the case. . No reply. On the day of the hearing, they did not show.

Contractor contacted me and was very excited to take on the project, took the initial deposit. Once he received the deposit I did not receive any contact from him, he has not set up a start date for my project claiming that he is too busy. I requested me deposit refunded and he is not responding.

It took forever to get him to do anything. He called back often prior to placing the order but when there was a scheduling issue I could never get him. Plus when he installed the garage doors he didnt have any help so he used a fellow who worked with me and said he would pay him. Never did even after many many calls. Also the installation was horrible. No weather stripping at all. Cheap but no quality or no service. DonT pick this company. Pass right by
