Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient Tan and his team came in and did the project I hired him for what should have taken a week was finished in 4 days and I am very pleased with the end result. He will be hired for all my other projects.

Tan is the ultimate contractor who is trustworthy, knowledgeable, hard working, clean, organized, punctual and reasonably priced. We initially hired him to redo a cosmetic garage door that sustained water damage, he made an estimate with the photos I sent, picked up the materials before arriving at the job, and didn't miss a beat as soon as he arrived. We are very impressed with his suggested material and excellent craftsmanship. Tan is friendly, accommodating, exult an air of honest confidence that is a rare amongst all the contractors we've had to deal with. While he was working on this project, our kitchen pump broke, at our request, he immediately summoned his plumber contact on a Saturday (who is also a total professional) to have a look and proposed a total upgrade that includes digging into the basement floor, pour concrete, and install a larger pump then sealed it, and changed all the pipes. He also on the spot replace a window frame that was rotted by years of weather damage. We were very pleased with Vukaj's work quality and professionalism, and looks forward to continue working with him.

Tan is very specific with his work. I have liked everything that he has done so far. He has hung pictures in almost every room. He fills and paints previous holes left by me or another contractor. He has put together and hung some DIY put together cabinets. I have asked him back to continue to finish my many projects. We have another appointment. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends.

Tan was very accommodating and completed my project perfectly himself. He explained what he was going to do very clearly. He was very professional and was willing to come back to work on my small projects when I was ready.

I would never recommend this guy took advantage of my kindness. He did a sloppy job and save the materials for his next project which he said it s two-three days project with one thousand material cost. But literally did within 6-8 hrs and used minimal materials and saved all the money for him by doing a sloppy job and would not give guarantee for the job done. Requested money as Cash which i paid with no receipt.
