Vuksani Plumbing & Heating

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST- DO NOT HIRE THEM! I hired Vuksani to install a new Navien Boiler after their technician Eric claimed to have installed a bunch of these boilers. They spent 3 days working in my apartment and basically did faulty, incomplete, dangerous and negligent work and took my $8,000 in cash that I paid them after getting my hot water to go on. The boiler worked for 12 hours and then it shut down because the fill valve was never tied in to feed the boiler. They had the circulator pump installed upside down and on the return line instead of the supply line. They used 3/4; piping attached to a 1 1/2 manifold which decreased the BTU flow of the pipes, causing tremendous strain on the new boiler. They had also used an incorrect size for exhaust and return air piping and also installed these pipes in a crooked manner. They did not bother to seal them and I had carbon monoxide leaking through the seams which is dangerous and possibly deadly. My pipes started leaking after about 10 hours of the installation and I had to shut the unit off and use buckets to collect the leaking pipes. There were also 3 connections underneath the boiler that were never completed. They took parts to the new boiler that they did not install away which I had paid for, and to this day, they have refused to come back or give me 50% of my payment so that I could hire another company to redo their work. They never provided me with any contract or receipt after I had asked them several times for this. AVOID this company! They are crooks!!! And I am taking them to court to hopefully get back some of the money I paid them.

They responded quickly to my request for an estimate. The information they provided was clear and they were available to do the work immediately. The installers were polite and professional. After the work was completed they reached out to ask about my experience and confirm I understood the warranty, etc. From my first interaction through paying for the work it was a very pleasant and easy experience. High quality work at a reasonable/fair price.

Wonderful customer service and communication I felt in good hands with their team

The washing machine was backing up and flooding the basement, his assistant did all the work, and started backing up a day later, he did not return my calls and sent text letting him know the basement was still flooding,he never responded. Then let him know I had to hire another contractor, The other contractor told me that this contractor did not put in a pea trap. He also used a box to hold up the pipe.

They are trustworthy, professional, friendly and have great prices. I would recommend them to others, and will use them again for any heating needs.

I was very happy with the work they preformed. I had an emergency service. They did a same day service, they answered the phone right away and they were on time. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you Alfred and Eric for the great job that you did!

I was having trouble with a previous plumber in the past. I went online looking for a plumber who would be able to help finish the job and get everything done. I spoke with Vuksani and they were able to start within two days and from the day they started all the way to the end everything was perfect! They were really friendly, communicated well and they were extremely professional. Now the general contractor I was working with before is using Vuksani and he really deserves the recommendation.

The service was really professional they've been working on your house for 3 weeks they were really professional and friendly. They text every day before they arrived and after they'd left because I wasn t there. Such a good experience I will use them again
