I hired Josh to repair my fridge after a power surge. He had delays but did get it fixed. A few months later another issue arose like leftover damage from the surge. Josh came and looked at it, this time he asked for payment upfront and since our last encounter went well I transferred the money via Zelle. He said the part would be 24-48 hours. That was 15 days ago. He has not returned my calls or texts. Found other reviews online and now Iâ m finding out this is something he has done before. If you hire this company - do not pay anything up front. They can fix your appliance - but make sure the money comes after the work is done.

The job was never completed, I spent 250.00 trying to get my dishwasher repaired and in the end I still ended up with a broken dishwasher. I tried to reach out again for a solution and i never heard back from him .

I hired Joshua to repair a washing machine on 9/16/20, I gave them a deposit to order a part, was told the part could take 24 -48 hrs, I have called 3 times today, left voice mails, no response

"We ordered a part for this customer and told him it could take 2 business days for the part to come in. The very next day I communicated with the lady who lives at this home and tracked the part for her. I told her it was set for 2 business days and the part would be in just after lunch Monday. She thanked me for the update. I was alerted to this review around 10am Monday morning at the start of the 2nd business day. These people did not communicate with one another nor did they even give us the 2 days to get the part in, not much we can do for someone like this. I simply returned the part and the customer received a full refund."

Josh from Vulcan Appliance Repair came out to fix my Dryer. He tested the dryer and it started while he was there. I put ONE (1) small load of clothes in the dryer and it stopped. I paid $200 for this repair. The dryer does not work, and this Josh person does not return my calls. I feel so foolish to have trusted Home Advisor for this reference. People in business should provide the service that we pay far. After several days of calling his number, he finally answered and told me that the dryer must be too close to the wall. I told him that the dryer is exactly where he left it. If you are a female and do not know about appliance repairs, some people will take your money and tell you anything. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JOSH AT VULCAN APPLIANCE REPAIRS.

"This customer had a dryer that would randomly blow thermostats. Would not do it while I was there it was quite frustrating. I replaced the part multiple times for this customer and we did the best we could to fix their dryer. But the erratic voicemails that this customer left me were quite disturbing, so we could not continue to do work for them. They were extremely difficult to deal with and left numerous threatening voicemails on my phone."
