They have, through the years, provided prompt top-notch service in a prompt and reliable timetable. They are very knowledgeable and familiar with water-proofing and dehumidifying basements. Their familiarity with french-drain systems and treatment of problems is most advantageous. Their pricing coupled with their knowledge makes Vulcan a favorable choice.

We had water seeping in through our basement walls. Wayne, who gave us the estimate said their waterproofing would fix our problem. At first, he quoted us the wrong price, then came back and said he made a mistake, the price was lower, so we went with them. That should have been the first red flag. Lesson learned. Anyway, the workers came, did everything in one workday; however, our issue was not resolved. Plus, we have more water spots than on the floor where they cemented everything, which we never had before they did work. After a number of attempts (calling almost everyday for weeks) to get a someone to call me back, Victor finally did. They came out and patched up the water spots with some waterproof cement which also did not fix the problem. I have now called numerous times, left messages for Victor, but no one has called me back. I feel like we were taken for a ride with this company. They sell their product saying it is guaranteed for life, but then when an issue arises, they are not responsive. Would not recommend this company. Horrible service.

They installed a French Drain last Month as well as sealing some wall. With some heavy rains the walls started to leak through . They promptly came back to seal. They were very prompt and took extreme care to remove all debris due to the French Drain carefully to not take out through house. All lawn and Driveway were left in good condition. They installed two sump pumps with back up battery. Staff was very respectful.

I had a water emergency on Saturday and they came in on monday. The job was done that same week. Everyone was very proffesional. So far I have not had any problems with the basement.
