I have hired W3 twice, first to rewire a kitchen for remodel (including new microwave and refrigerator circuits), and later to fix a circuit I managed to blow (long story not germane to this review). William and his team walked me through the entire process each time, brought the outdated kitchen wiring up to current code, and thoroughly checked out the system before and after installation. He couldn't be nicer or more professional, and he's extremely patient, as well. All work was done cleanly and efficiently. Clearly he is a perfectionist. And his schedule flexibility and pricing are unmatched. Without hesitation I can state that he will be the one person I call when I have the outdated electrical panel in the house replaced in the near future.

William Roberts was prompt to respond to request for estimate and then provided a complete estimate. I had to get the repairs done in a very short time and he arranged his schedule to come within a couple of days. He arrived promptly and worked diligently until the tasks were done. He is thorough and careful. I will call him for future work and I recommend him most highly.

Mr Roberts (Will) and his partner were prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. Upon entering my doorway, Will provided me his picture ID along with professional and business credentials to operate in the state of MD. I had an electrical short in my household wiring. Upon my request, the W3 team arrived at my house one late afternoon and worked until the problem was resolved (~9:30PM), providing feedback along the way. Upon completion, I was billed a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend W3 to my family/friends and will call W3 for any future electrical related needs or issues.

Mr. Roberts was prompt, courteous, patient, and very professional. I was a bit nervous after having used another contractor who left in the middle of the job. Mr. Roberts explained the work in detail so I knew what to expect. He completed the job on time and I'm going to hire him for the next phase of work. William was able to write me an estimate for my project on his first visit before he left and we scheduled an installation date within a week. He showed up on time and finished the installation in less than two hours. The best part was the way William understood exactly what I wanted and described how he was going to accomplish it.
