The installer was unprofessional. He was more concerned about his next customer than my job. He spent way too much time talking on his cell phone and not enough time setting up the job at hand. I wouldn't want him in my home again. He didn't allow enough time to complete the job. After he installed the antenna in the attic he informed me the manufacturer didn't recommend an attic installation. That really ticked me off. All he would have to have done was tell me that when i made the attic choice and I would have asked him to put it on the roof,

"EVERY digital antenna customer is encouraged to not put an antenna in an attic. Customers are ALWAYS told this from the first mention of an attic as a placement.If it was placed there you choose that not the installer. If I remember correctly you had a huge metal hvac system in your attic and it was interfering with your ability to receive the best signal possible. Sorry for your experience but you made the decision not us."

"Ron thank you for your input. As stated at the time of the install of your antenna you were told that there can be no expected specific result when an over the air antenna is erected. We cannot make the stations magically appear even though as you know we try to do just that. Home Theater System or Media Center - Install
Mike has a great attitude and fiolows through until everything is done to your expectation. We had some technical issues but he came back until they were solved. He is a great alternative to the high-end audio visual "consultants" who can drive you nuts while cleaning out your wallet.

THEY WERE HERE FROM 10 AM UNTIL 2 AM.tWO OF THE THREE FANS WERE NOT HUNG RIGHT, WITH ONE BEING VERY UNLEVEL.tHHE QUALITY JUST WAS NOT THAT GOOD.

Very Professional service. They called me right away and came out same night to fix my electrical issue. I was very happy to get my computer working again. If they wouldn't have came out and gotten it fixed right away I would have had alot of down time at work. Thank you very much for coming out and helping me with my issue.
