Hi, I'm Jim Franceschi, the owner and chief power washer of Washco Enterprises. I want to clean your home and or your driveway today, and for as long as you own your home: let me tell you why I'm the best man for the job. I started Washco Enterprises because I wanted to maintain the highest standards of personal service and professional work, standards higher than franchise companies and jack-of-all-trades are able to offer every client, every time. I am personally dedicated to cleaning your home's exterior walls and paved surfaces myself, power assisted with the very best technology available for safely and efficiently removing accumulated dust, dirt, grease and grime. Our pressure washing machine puts out 180 degree water or just cold water if you prefer : It also puts out 3200psi my power washing equipment simply knocks the dirt off your home with a force of 3200 pounds of pressure per square inch. Power washing is all I do, and I'm good at what I do. Let me show you what's underneath your home's exterior: a clean home!

When I submitted my request through servicemagic.com I received three phone calls within the first 5 minutes. Washco was not only HALF the price of other powerwashing services I talked with but they were also incredibly accomodating. I was calling a few weeks prior to needing them and where other vendors I talked with were pressuring me to have them come asap, James was happy to wait until I was ready. When I was finally ready, I called him at 3pm to let him know that any time would be fine for me and his team was here by 9am the following morning. His team was very professional, friendly and did a wonderful job. My house looks beautiful!

Washco did an outstanding job! Our house hasn't looked this good since it was painted 5 years ago. The owner Jim is very professional, courteous and friendly. He is on time (actually early) for appointments which shows he is respectful of the homeowners time. We plan to call him again next year.

Mr. Franchetti was extremely responsive when we submitted our request. He was prompt and did a great job. After he was finished cleaning our gutters, we couldn't tell he had been there because he cleaned up and didn't leave anything behind for us to clean!

Jim did an excellent job cleaning my gutters, roof, and power washing my house. He was unable to get some debris stains off of my patio, but promised to come back with a chemical to do so when he is next in the area. ...and he did and successfully removed the stains!

Very happy with end result given. We had lots of surfaces wood (2 decks) & aggregate courtyard in addition to driveways patio & aggregate to be washed in additonal to sidewalks. Jim gave us a fair and reasonable bid and the results met all my expectations. Results are so nice - i will be calling on his services again. thank you -
