I didn't have to rip out walls and the condo units were dried in 2 days each. Being the HOA president, I am glad they took care of the units fast and efficiently. Started with one unit then moved down for the other unit. Jeff was able to park the trailer in a parking spot which minimized the effect on the traffic as we do not have a lot of extra space.

I give Wally and Water Out rave reviews! I had a water spill in an area of my kitchen that was evaluated by AdvantaClean who gave me a $5,000 clean-up estimate. I called Wally at Water Out for a second opinion and he was awesome: first, he answered his own phone; second, he treated me with respect and kindness; third, he came by the very next morning and checked the situation out; fourth, he determined that drying it out with a fan would be adequate; fifth, he lent me his fan for a week and then came back out and checked and determined that it was dry. He didn't charge me anything for this help. I previously had another water damage issue and had ServPro help me with it. The remediation team (Burgie, especially) was great. But the rest of the staff and the owner were unprofessional and unreliable, and, as with AdvantaClean, I felt that I was being taken advantage of because I was single female. The restoration team did terrible work and so I had to fire them, which complicated my homeowner's claim process considerably. Wally, however, was awesome! He did not take advantage of me like many other service providers (in addition to AdvantaClean and ServPro) because I'm a woman. It is so wonderful to have help that you can trust. I cannot recommend him enough!!

We unfortunately had a small leak under a bathroom vanity that caused damage under the flooring. We located the leak and it was repaired. We contacted Wally and asked him to come out for an assessment of the extent of the damage. Wally fit us into his busy schedule right away and came out later the same day. He used a water sensor to determine how far out the water had penetrated under our flooring and he suggested a game plan for mediation. Wally was very friendly, honest and informative. We appreciated him helping us navigate through the problem. I would definitely recommend him and his company.

  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
