Excellent job. We had a very large tree up against a shed. The tree was felled with great expertise. Not only was it cut down but for a small fee it was cut into fireplace lengths so we could use it for our fireplace which we use to heat the house. The clean up was also excellent. I would highly recommend Watkins Tree and Excavation Service.

Tree Removal
Watkins was paid over $11000 up front, $2500 of which he asked for an advance to purchase a truck. After that he never came back to do the contracted work. His skills are lacking. He did not do $3000 worth of work and scammed a 70 yo woman out of her money and never showed up after the payment. When he was here, many times he was here for 2 to 4 hours and left. Great at taking things apart and leaving. Not so much at building or replacing what he took apart. We will be going to elderly affairs and then seeing the the news will air this story. Beware.... he is a no call, no ; way too many times. He seems to be operating from his shirt pocket. Avoid at all costs. Even his area of expertise is limited but he knew how to get $11k from an elderly woman and not show up after. He showed up at my door with a police officer and $3000 in cash, saying that was all he owed me. In my estimation, he owes me at least $8900.

"A formal message to me would have been more professional rather than posting this review. I will give you the money back, by all means. I feel sorry that you did not feel comfortable speaking with me first. I would like to protect my reputation and point out I did nothing fraudulent. You will have your money back this week, please let me know how you would like this transaction sent to you. I would also like everyone to know this consumer rated me favorably in Mach and commented: 5 stars "Professional, honest, friendly. Goes over and above.""
