Contractor showed up on time, did the repair quickly. Could not even tell there was a problem to begin with. Will definitely be calling WBI for my future projects. Great company to do business with, canât recommend highly enough!

Dustin came out to give the bid. DJ and Zeb did the work. All the way through the project I had no problem getting hold of Dustin. DJ and Zeb was respectful and diligent in their work. WBI is a great company ti do business with and I plan to hire them when I replace my roof. ????

I had to call to get a quote 6 days after the initial consultation on May 16. Then I was told the windows would come in 2 weeks. After 4 weeks I called the project manager and asked what the status was and he stumbled. When I reminded him that it had been 4 weeks he said? has it been that long?. After a week or two conversations went back and forth until I called the owner of the company. He did not condone the standard of business I was given and agreed the communication was lacking. The windows were finally installed June 26. Caulking was missed in areas. Windows were not cleaned with stickers on them. The room was full of wood shavings and the back step was left full of pieces of wood and shavings. The contractor took the metal and screen door without asking if we wanted them. And yes my husband wanted those items for another project. The project manager called to say he was sent pictures of the windows and everything looked ok and that I should receive an invoice for the remaining balance. Have you had a project completed and the project manager didn't come out to inspect the work? I haven't. This was my first.

We had an excellent experience working with Dustin and Sam to complete a tub to walk-in shower conversion. They were very good to communicate times of arrival, and everybody they sent to work was skilled, courteous, and focused on completing the job. We would not hesitate to use them for any other projects.

Although my project was not very big, they were very prompt in solving the problem of finding and fixing the entrance where squirrels were finding entrance into my attic. They were very courteous as well as competent. I would recommend them to anyone!

Run away, they don't know how to schedule the project. Would not finish the project in timely manner.

"It was unfortunate that there was another contractor also working on this project and we had a miscommunication with them on scheduling at the beginning of the project which fell on labor day weekend. We mobilized as quickly as possible to get the project back on track. This miscommunication created an inconvenience for the homeowner for which we apologize.
