"Thank you for your review. We apologize for the Project Manager you experienced. He is no longer representing our company due to these type of reviews. Once we identified the problem we moved quickly to resolve. We are glad that the project was completed successfully and you were happy with the end result. Again we apologize for the frustrations and know we listened and have corrected. Thank you again."
"Thank You! Dustin and Sam really enjoyed the project."
"Thank you for allowing us to work on your project!"
"It was unfortunate that there was another contractor also working on this project and we had a miscommunication with them on scheduling at the beginning of the project which fell on labor day weekend. We mobilized as quickly as possible to get the project back on track. This miscommunication created an inconvenience for the homeowner for which we apologize. As of this comment we have completed the project and believe that all issues have been resolved. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your comments. We seek to provide top quality service and work hard to keep our ratings up. Your comments help us to be better and work on best practices to mitigate issues like this in the future. It is our hope that the successful completion of your project shows our commitment. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and miscommunication. We hope you are happy with the work. We will stand behind our work. Should you have any issues please let us know and we will take care of them."
