Problem Resolved. William was prompt, personable, and problem with leaking roof appears to be resolved. He also inspected the entire roof and pointed out a potential future problem that I should keep an eye on.

He was prompt and thorough I did not have to wait fir the repair He left to get part needed and returned within an hour Roof was fixed and small compromised areas of concern fixed while he was on roof. Great workmanship

Very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and I hired him on the spot. He was also able to seal my driveway on the spot since he had all his equipment with him. It became clear from the moment we met William (WB Protective Coatings) that he knew his business. He gave us a reasonable, fare estimate, listened to our concerns, and explained exactly what he was going to do. As he was doing the work, a neighbor asked us if we were pleased with the work but we didn’t really need to say anything. He could see for himself. The neighbor asked William if he could do his driveway after he finished up with ours. Several hours later, my wife and I noticed that he done at least 3 more driveways. Great job William! We’re very happy we found you through Home Advisor. To also note, we had some difficulty finding a contractor to do the job and in a roundabout way, connected with Home Advisor. Home Advisor provided us with a couple of contacts. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with how easily it was to use Home Advisor. I know we will use both William in the future and Home Advisor to help with other jobs/projects. It was a good day!
