Bill and his crew were great! They were at our house when they said they would be and finished our bathroom renovation ahead of schedule. The price was right and the end product is wonderful. We are very pleased with how our bathroom turned out and would recommed WC Fallows Plumbing Services to anyone.

The men arrived on time, but seemed unsure as to what exactly they were supposed to do. Work seems to have been completed well. Had to reschedule twice for the second phase of the work. Patch and spackle job was done poorly. You could see the tape along the seems of the drywall. Project Mgr never followed up to see if work was completed, no final inspection, or return call from messages left.

Had trouble communicating with Mr. Fallows. He was not very good in returning my telephone calls. His workmen were very good. He was not. Overall it was not the best experience.

The actual work (replacing a standard residential gas water heater) went very well. The two man crew was an hour late arriving. Overall I was satisfied.

My hot water heater began leaking when I got up at 5:30 a.m. I put in a request through servicemagic at 5:45 and Fallows Plumbing called at 6:30 a.m. Fallows arrived at @ 9:00 and the job was completed by 10:30. Reasonable price, very professional, cleaned up everything when they were done. HIghly recommend.

Very responsive. What he charged was reprehensible. $320 for 50 minutes of service and $70 for 2 parts that would run approximately $35 at Home Depot. The worker had me make the check out directly to him, not to W.C. Fallows Plumbing Services. BEWARE OF GAUGING BY THIS CONTRACTOR. WOULD NEVER USE AGAON NOR RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

"We're sorry we could not please you on a Saturday morning (the day after Christmas), when you had water running and you could not stop it. We took 3 hours out of our holiday weekend to work on your leak, plus parts and you seemed extremely happy when we left, only to find a negative response as a result of our excellent customer service. We always aim to please and are sorry that we didn't achieve that goal."
