As a true professional in Home Inspection, Dale Herendeen arrived at a very remote location on time, asked every question necessary to begin his inspection, and immediately went to work. He checked every nook and cranny - interior, exterior, attic, and crawl space. He was thorough with structural, electrical, and plumbing issues. While some of Dale’s discoveries were terrifying, he also found more than enough structural attributes to warrant remodeling rather than bulldozing. His findings were thoroughly documented with pictorial proof in an all-inclusive report which was received within hours of his departure. Thank you, Dale, for the bad news, the good news, and the chance to remodel the not-so-ugly duckling into a safe, 21st century farmhouse for generations to come.

Dale Henderson was an exceptional home inspector. He was very accommodating right after the hurricane, he found an alternate route to the home while flood waters were blocking the best route. I would highly recommend Dale for future inspections.
