Walter Reid of WCR Enterprises is more of handyman than a contractor. I hired him to remodel my half bath and master bath. His focus was to find general repairs in my home and repair those items instead of remodeling that he was hired to do. He actually did none of the work but instead had a Mexican by the name of Jose doing all of the work for him (which is fine), if the work was 100% up to par. Once he started he let me know what a huge discount he gave me on the work. As weeks went on he would provide me with invoices that included handyman work that he was not asked to do. On the final invoice I received we did not do a final walk through as agreed upon and he had not completed the job, but he inlcuded in the invoice repairs that I did not ask or authorize him to do. In viewing the work you can tell that the job was not done professionally. Items that needed to be redone, I had to ask him several times to come back and redo and he saw nothing wrong with how poorly some of the work was done. He only made unneccessary excuses. I had to ask him so many times to come back and fix some of the same things over and over again. If you need a handyman he can help you but for home renovations this is not a company I reccommend.
