WC of Franklin

I had my fence installed just over a year ago. It took forever for it to be installed. At times I wouldn't see them for weeks. There are things that were never done and other things that may not have been done had I not hounded them. After 3 months the boards began to warp. I was told that instead of pressure treated wood, my fence would be made of red cedar. I don't know the type of wood used, but I know that it was pressure treated. The boards have shrunk and warped. The fence looks terrible. The gate is falling apart; wheels fell off; screws fell out. I've tried to contact Damian but no luck. I'm sorry I had to do things this way instead.

After a year has gone by I now know why I got such a good price. My posts for the fence were buried only 6 inches deep causing the fence to fall backwards. I've tried numerous times to fix the fence myself but it appears that I'll have to replace the whole thing. Terrible job. I can't reach Damin now either. Totally dissatisfied.

Fence was built using wrong nails and poles that were too short. This caused fence to fall over several times. They came out to fix it a few times, but it never stood more than a few days before falling down again. I had several other companies come out and look at the fence, each one said it was the worst build they had ever seen. I finally had to pay another company $1500 to come out and redo the entire fence. Make sure if you use them that you check the materials they are using, I didn't know alot about fences at the time and took their word. Big Mistake.

We are very pleased with Woodcrafters of Franklin. He did an excellent job on our fence and was very pleasant to work with. We had a few changes and he was most accomdating with our desires. Great job!

I selected a wood privacy fence rather than vinyl due to the cost. I was very pleased with WC of Franklin. My fence was completed promptly and is very well constructed. Dameon was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this company to others.
