WD Flooring, Etc LLC

Couldn't have asked for a better crew. They did a awesome job and were very nice and respectful of us and our project. Highly recommend

Great quality, great workers. would hire again

Very good job. Jaread and Jon did a very good job. Jaread was very personable. All smiles. Will definitely hire them again.

Zeke hired criminals to do our floors. They did not pull up the old floor. Did not repair the subfloors. They took the materials purchased to do the subfloor back to Lowe for a refund. They did not install the moisture barrier underlay and took it back for a refund. They nailed the floating laminate in place, leaving huge gaps and an uneven floor. They cut the bottom off of a door, crooked and splintered the door. Broke a light fixture. Did not cut the angles for the trim leaving huge gaps. Ruined the carpet in a room we were not replacing. I called Zeke multiple times after a 3-day job was not turning out right. He came out twice, the first time saying he would have it all fixed at the end of week one. The next time he came out, he fired the first guy and brought in someone else. At this time, the cashier check for his work was lying on the kitchen counter in a sealed unmarked envelope that he was not to get until the job was complete. Zeke took this without permission or our knowledge, the next day my husband realized it was missing. Notified Zeke again and did not hear back for several days when he said again he thought the job was finished. Sent him pictures of the horrible job that was done, the gaps, and the unfinished work. We had to hire another company to go out, pull up all the flooring which was destroyed when they nailed it down, buy all new material and start completely over. The new guys did it right and now the floors are beautiful. I have asked Zeke for a full refund of his payment plus reimbursement of the new materials we had to buy to replace what he destroyed. His excuse for not supervising his employees was I have personal stuff going on. My response- then do not take a job you cannot d;. We have yet to hear if he is going to reimburse us. If not, there will be legal actions. I have all the pictures and the texts from Zeke admitting he did not do this job correctly. And the theft of the check. Whatever you do- DO NOT hire this guy. After checking, it also looks like his insurance has lapsed. How can promote them?

Great work they met every need. Zeke wallked me through all my options and Jon and the rest of the crew were very professional installers I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future

Worst experience imaginable.

Something I forgot in my last review. Once awarded the job, the owner sent a few pictures of demo but then, there was a complete lack of communication by the owner. My husband tried, unsuccessfully, many times to call, and all his calls when to voice mail. He never called back. The one time the owner answered his phone was when he thought the job was done and wanted to get paid. The job was no where near done at the time, so they did a three way call and the foreman said he would come and we waited for an hour and he didn't show up until very late. Then, our ring doorbell showed a woman leaving, who didn't show up coming, so she went through the garage to avoid our doorbell camera. The owner NEVER CAME OUT TO SEE THE WORKMANSHIP...OR LACK THEREOF...and his communication was lousy. Again, AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

The installation of tile in three bedrooms and closets was in August 2021 and came with a so-called one year warranty. After tiles were installed, I noticed many tiles had a hollow sound but did not realize the full extent and problems it could cause until later. I purchased area rugs to help protect them but I have two tiles that have now cracked and afraid others will follow. I estimate at least half of them were improperly installed based on the sound. I spoke with the owner to let him know of the issue and would like him to come see for himself. He said that I was not the first to complain. There has been no responses to a follow-up text or phone calls made during the past month and since the original contact nor has he made any effort to come see the work performed. Very disappointed in this young man and the integrity of this company. Do not recommend this company for any work.

Did really good work. All the guys were pleasant to deal with. A little higher priced than others but for the job they did we are very pleased

Very good workers on our site. Very understanding of our situation. Would hire again.

I like the way to design laying tiles on the floor.

Zeke talked to me about what I wanted and what I could afford. He gave me options and agreed to what I wanted. The installers James and John were respectful and cleaned up before leaving. They did a beautiful job and I could not have been happier with work. I highly recommend this company for you flooring install needs.
