This was a horrible experience. The guy was 2hrs late. I had to continue to call him to verify that he was coming. When he arrived, he supposedly serviced my ac in 15min. Then he still was not sure what the problem was. I will not recommend this company to anyone nor will I ever use them again.

They send out non licensed plumbers who can not get permits and then installed the water heater incorrectly so the entire project had to be redone. Do not use them if you want qualified plumbing work!

Very unprofessional. Didn't honor his warranty after putting off returning to re-repair until 30 days was pass. Then told me "Black people always want something free". Very u professional and refused to honor his guarantee or his work. He's not licensed, insuranced and home advisers shouldn't be advertising his services. Very disappointing!!!!
