I've used Renner several times for HVAC repair and services. Each time I called, they were very prompt to answering my questions and scheduling an appointment THAT DAY! Always a pleasure and will continue to utilize Renner for my HVAC needs.

I called this company out in good faith when my ac system was not working properly. the technician arrived and almost immediately stated the ac compressor was bad he stated nothing else except that it would cost me $ 2,500.00 to fix the issue and it would not be guaranteed , unless I agreed to a brand new unit @ 4 4,900.00 and they started immediately pressuring me to start financing , while the technician was not even done filling out the receipt and his diagnostics . I advised them not at this time and I called another local company out and they were here and less than 30 minutes determined the only thing and let me repeat the only thing wrong was a hard start sensor/relay ..they replaced it and wow the system is working great and only cost less than $ 300.00 . I would not recommend this company to anyone. I called the company and requested my $ 45.00 cash payment of service call and the owner got on the phone and quickly became abusive and threatening lawsuits if I post a poor review, well owner this is my personal experience and it is protected by the supreme court as nothing i post is wrong or slanderish so go along and try and take advantage of people in this unprecedented time . Good luck should have just admitted your technician was wrong and his attempt to get me to pay $ 4,900.00 for a new unit was also misleading as my old unit is working great and has been since it was repaired for just $ 300.00 good bye and good luck in your future business adventures lets all hope you become more understanding of the public wallets
