WHS Building Concepts

BIll was incredible. There were a few small things he said his guys would do and they didn't follow through or I would have given all 5 stars! We chose him because he was the only contractor that volunteered to have his workers enter through the existing egress window vs walking through our house to the basement. This was a huge help. He was also nice enough to invite us to his house to see the quality of work he does. Not only that he has a extensive commercial and residential construction background and seemed BY FAR the most professional and well organized and communicative. He was on time and actually listened to what we wanted and was flexible with the plan as the project progressed! The small items his workers missed were not doing any sort of clean up after work. The texture guy also didn't tape up the openings to the utility room or the wall we were going to leave concrete, nor did they cover the carpet on the stairs when texturing, which will need to be cleaned at least. so that created a lot of extra work and mess that didn't need to happen. That being said, we are only about 85% done with the project, and I assume BIll will take care of everything once completed so I already gave a higher rating. Had Bill not been as accommodating and nice as he was, I would have given WHS a much lower score... just shows how important it is to be personal and take care of your customers. I would recommend to someone who has money to do the entire project up front as someone will be able to shop around for better prices if they have the time to do so and are on a budget.
