The job was completed as promised to repair a shed floor and two other minor jobs were completed to repair a shingle and to change the rusty brackets on a power service cable. There was no price increase to do the two minor jobs. Mr. Hartnagel is very flexible and extremely easy to work with and I would highly recommend him for any projects you may have.

I hired them to widen a thru-the-wall AC hole, install a new AC unit, and clean up so the inside and outside still looked good. They did a great job. How would I describe them: Timely, friendly,personable, knowledgeable, professional, clean,and affordable. I'd hire them again, and recommend them to others.

I hired W. Hartnagel Construction to do multiple projects on my house. All projects were finsihed on time with good quality. The cost estimates were quite accurate without any surprises in the end. The costs were also very reasonable. The owner Wally has always been courteous, honest, and responsive. He was easy to reach by phone and emails. He stood behind the work done and always addressed the concerns that I had. My door vendor shipped a defective door. Wally and his contractor put the door in to block out the cold air and came back a second time to install the replacement without charging me twice. I definitely recommend W.Hartnagel.

I hired these folks to put together a portable basketball hoop . I had a very quick response by phone and email. We arranged a convenient time, they showed up punctually and did a fine job for a fair price. I was very happy with the entire transaction and hope to use them again.

He was awesome! Showed up on time, very pleasant, timely and courteous. He brought new life to my concrete patio and it looks brand new! I plan on having him back for some more work in the future!

For the most part they did a fairly good job, however after they left I was able to look at the job more closely and I found some area where if I wasn't handle I would have needed to call someone else to patch holes that they left. the front door they cause a hole to the right side of the trim, that I had to go buy mud to correct. the rear door they left a hole on the floor that still needs to be cover. I will have to go out and buy wood to patch this hole. I can see light at the bottom of the door which indicates that the door is not seal all the way. I would recommend them to a friend, however I would tell that friend to look the job over very carefully before they leave. At the end of the job I received the invoice that he wanted me to use as the reciept. I paid with cash therefore I have no real record for payment. He told me to write paid on the invoice. I must say that the price was fair for the job.

He was very professional from start to finish. He worked clean, gave us a fair price, and started exactly when he said he would and finished earlier than expected. He was easy to talk to and checked in with me along the way in order to help make small decisions about some of the details. I would highly recommend him and I already plan on having him back for future work around the house. We are going to replace the rest of our interior doors and have him replace the outside deck boards.

Walter is punctual and professional. He came right out and gave us a reasonable estimate of work to be done. Further, he showed up when he said he would and completed the job in the time estimated. No surprises. The qualtity of work was better than expected. Quality materials were used. This contractor far surpassed our expectations.
