Tom responded to my inquiry quickly and did the inspection within a few days. He was very thorough and gave us the report within 32 hours after the inspection was complete.

Tom was amazing. Let me start off by saying this was a new build home. You go into this thinking everything is going to be perfect. I mean it’s new right? Not so much. They throw up these homes so quickly that not gettting someone like WIN home inspection would be a costly issue in the years to come. Trusses not installed correctly. Leaks in plumbing. Shingles not installed properly. Tom was friendly, professional and was in no hurry. Very thorough and his expertise came out in everything he said and did. I am definitely satisfied that I not only got an inspection done but that I went with him to do it. Highly recommended and I will use his again for all my future properties. Thank you.

Tom Lemieux was very thorough. He provided a detailed report with explanations and pictures. When I had additional questions, he came back out to the property and helped address my concerns with the house. I'm very pleased.

Tom did a thorough job and helped me to understand all the deficiencies of the house I wanted to buy. Ultimately I had to pull out of the deal based on the issues he discovered. He saved me a lot of money.
