I overpaid for an average patch of lawn. I felt I wasn't taken seriously by the owner.

I was very happy with the service the 2 young men did along with the price. However, I would not hire this company ever again due to the owner. The young men ran over a piece of metal in the yard & it shot thru my porch door shattering a double pane door. Luckily no one was hurt. I did not get upset-a question the owner Billy asked. Accidents happen. The young men called it in. I was told the insurance co would call me on Monday. No one called. I called owner on Tues. He told me it was up to me to call Ins Co. which I did. They told me they would call me back. I told everyone I was in a time crunch as I was putting the house on market to sell hence the yard clean. On 9/15 a contractor came to measure door. He was going to Home Depot to find a door. Never heard back. On Mon 9/19 I called Ins Co again. Heard nothing back. I called Ins Co again on Thurs 9/22-they called owner-owner said that the contractor was to send over a quote which he never did. Owner then told Ins Co to "deal with it". So Ins Co called me back today to told ME to find a company to go over to give me a quote...then send Ins Co a quote then they would send me a check? Obviously this is time consuming-It has been 2 weeks since accident and I can not put house on market until door is fixed per realtor. This delay is costing me money!!! due to the neglect and arrogance of this owner. Door could have been already installed 2 weeks ago. The quickest co to give me a quote is scheduled to come on Fri at 6 pm which means the Ins Co won't get his info until Monday!! another waste of 3 days. I would never hire this co back even tho the young men did a great job because I would never want to deal with this owner if another accident happened. I will find another company.

Very pleased. I will buy mulch from them soon.

When calling they called back from voice mail

The whole y, ard was being remodeled, tons of work to be done, loads of rocks, bushes shrubs, etc to be take out and a lawn put in. The work is not yet completed (going to take about 2 weeks) but they are here early work an honest days work and clean up before they leave. They are friendly, courteous and have respect for your property and the owner.

Clean up was disappointing. William assured me his mowers would pick up sticks and miscellaneous debris during the clean up and that didn't happen. I raked up debris myself after the clean up was done. Also, leaves were left in my bushes and still remain there after he returned and assured me he pulled them out with his crew. He gave me a lame excuse that the wind had blown leaves back in. This was humorous as I complained over the leaves within 24 hours of them leaving my house and there was no wind. The mulch looked like it was just thrown in hastily and heavy in areas around the bushes to cover up the leaves they left. As for the Sod, it never happened. The time line indicated for when the Sod would be installed didn't come to fruition and continued to be delayed. William gave me weather related excuses even though we've seen hardly any rain. When I tried to firm up a date that he would be there William was frustrated and elected to drop the job which is fine. Having had my own landscaping business for 7 years when I was younger may lead me to higher standards...I don't know but I felt his services were a rip off. Why others rate him 5 stars remains a mystery to me.

They were prompt , efficient good attention to detail . I just wish were a little less expensive. But the price seemed fair given that I was not a regular customer.
