W&L Concrete And Masonry

Comment: This company proved to be very unreliable and ignored all my requests for help, they did not come out to correct the problems with their work.

Quote was much lower than anyone else and did quick work. They did an extended patio and retaining wall for a shed and both look nice. They also came back out and fixed a mistake that was made with no questions asked.

They did not put gravel down and did not use rebar in the concrete as specified in the scope of work. When confronted, they uncooperative and argumentative, saying that it will be fined .

Asked for heringbone brick and when I got home to look it was a cobblestone patern, they made a mess and even got stain on the siding and sealed it on, i will have to repaint. They also ruined our turf which they had said they would protect. Also never got my receipt. Don't hire, price point was good but work wasn't.

They are skilled and do beautiful work for a fair price. I would definitely call them again anytime I needed more masonry work done.

came out to bid within an hour of requesting on home advisor, started work the next morning. Quick service and great bid. Good value for the work completed. Would use again

very responsive follow instructions timely

Willie is a very busy man, but he made time to do my job during the busy summer months. It was only a 14x14 foot pad for a new hot tub, but he came after work to do the bid in the Spring and honored the price 3 months later when we got ready to have it done. He made sure to send me pictures of the rebar being put in to reinforce it as well. His guys do a great job of prepping the area without leaving a mess and put my fence back together when they were all done. I'lll use him again for sure.

We are very pleased with how our new patio turned out!

I would not recommend them. If I could do a re-do, I would not go with him. I was disappointed with all the phases of the project.

THEY WERE QUICK TO RESPOND TO MY REQUEST AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!

The initial hiring went well and the contractor was responsive and helpful, but a week from this 400 feet of curbing being installed, SIX cracks showed up in various spots of the curbing. There was also rough spots (honey combing) along the sides of some of the curbing and holes. I have called and texted the owner, Willie Eteaki, numerous times and ask him to come finish the work and fix the cracks and the issues with the curb. Willie will not call or text me back and now I am going to have to hire someone else to fix the shoddy work. This job did not get finished appropriately. I am not happy with the shoddy work and the lack of cooperation to get it fixed.

Willie and his crew did a great job at a fair price!

Quoted $2500 for a 54 ft poured concrete wall. Turn around time was fast, which was awesome. Ended up increasing the price to $3000 after the concrete was poured, which I paid. I requested a very smooth finish, which didn t happen. I completed the back fill of the wall myself. Reasonably happy with the end result, but would not hire again.

Willie is very knowledgeable and does great work. Very good price and friendly, final job turned out great.

Still waiting to get my driveway sealed.

Very professional, always on time and left the job site clean!

These guys did a great job. Price was fair. They were on time and friendly. I felt I made new friends. Glad these guys are around.

Willie and his crew did a great job. Fair price and quality work. He was here when he said he’d be. He responded when we had questions. We are really happy with the work. We would recommend W&L for sure! Our new patio is fantastic!!!

Small destruction to other building parts which I had to take care later.

They came in a got the work done in timely manner and the finished work was great. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a patio and/or walkway pour. These guys did both and I could not be happier.

fine quality, polite and easy to work with.

Willi I was on top of this job. Gave me great service. Only wish they had washed the concrete splash from my fence.
